* Planning fees are based on the complexity of the trip and may exceed the starting rate. Factors such as significant changes to the proposal, last-minute bookings within 180 days of travel, multi-destination itineraries, or other complexities can result in a higher planning fee. If the scope of your trip changes significantly during the planning process—beyond reasonable adjustments—it may be necessary to revisit and adjust the planning fee accordingly.
