From expedition cruises and small ship voyages to curated land journeys and safaris, full-service planning includes custom design, supplier coordination, booking management, and support from start to departure. Includes ongoing oversight and trusted advocacy should adjustments arise along the way.
Starting Investment (per household):
$400 — U.S., Canada & Caribbean
$650 — International (Single Country)
$900 — Multi-Country, Expedition or Safari
Final planning fees reflect the overall scope and complexity of your journey.
Itinerary Planning Design-Only Service
For travelers who prefer to handle their own reservations but want expert structure and strategic guidance.
Receive a thoughtfully designed routing plan, pacing guidance, and curated recommendations — built around your travel style and priorities.
Starting Investment:
$650 — U.S., Canada & Caribbean
$850 — International
$1,400 — Multi-Country or Expedition-Level
Design-only services do not include booking or in-travel support.
Booking Airfare
Premium cabin air, thoughtfully arranged.
Air services are coordinated as part of an MMT-planned itinerary.
Standalone air-only bookings are limited to current clients.
Domestic Air:
3% of ticket cost (minimum $100 per ticket)
International Air:
5% of ticket cost (minimum $200 per ticket)
Fees may increase for:

Complex multi-carrier routing

Long layovers requiring coordination

Meet-and-greet or transfer coordination
Airfare pricing is not guaranteed until ticketed and accepted by the airline.
Trip Rebooking Fee
Applies when an existing confirmed itinerary is cancelled and rebooked for new travel dates.
Rebooking services are billed separately from the original planning fee.
U.S., Canada, Caribbean or Cruise
Starting at $400 per household
International, Expedition Cruise or Safari
Starting at $750 per household
Fees may increase if:

Multiple Suppliers are involved

Air changes are required

Expedition or safari logistics must be restructured
Supplier penalties and new deposits are separate and governed by Supplier terms.
Planning fees reflect the scope discussed during consultation.
If the structure of your journey evolves, fees are reviewed prior to additional work proceeding. Professional service fees are non-refundable.
All services are subject to the Milestones & Mondays Travel Client Agreement, Terms & Conditions, and Professional Services Fee Schedule.
In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions govern.
