IT IS EASY TO GET STARTED
Let's begin with a quick discovery call.
You will get the chance to tell me about the trip you envision and I can share a bit about how I work.
We can discuss the steps needed to get moving ahead with your trip.
You will have the chance to ask me any questions and decide if you would like to hire me.
TAKING THE NEXT STEP
Once you decide to move ahead with my travel planning services, we will take care of a few details:

My professional planning services fee

A client agreement

A detailed consultation about your trip and your travel style, as well as your communication preferences.
This step is critical. The information you provide to me sets the foundation for the trip elements I provide in your proposal.
I hate forms as much as the next person, but I also respect your time. We will cover a lot of information in our consultation, and I will provide you with a form to add details like hotel loyalty numbers, etc.
YOUR BUDGET, YOUR STYLE - MY MAGIC
It's really not magic; it's my hard work. My goal, however, is for it to feel like magic to you.
I will take the information I have learned about you and what you want for your vacation, and I will craft a custom proposal with multiple options (typically 3) for you to choose from.
We will meet in person or online and review the proposal, tweaking specifics here and there until we have the proposal that meets your travel desires, budget and lifestyle.
Your approval of the proposal sets it as your itinerary, and we will be ready to place your deposits with a secure credit card authorization form.
IT DOESN'T END THERE
I will remain in touch with you from the time of reserving your trip until after you return home.
I will provide you with a complete travel itinerary that contains all confirmations, terms & conditions, and destination information.
I will work with you to select and book excursions and/or provide you with resources to book on your own while in destination if you like.
I will stay in touch with the suppliers to monitor for any changes so you can be prepared.
I will be your resource for concerns you have during your trip.
